How to Choose Your HMDD Size

How to Measure Yourself
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest while keeping the measuring tape comfortably level.
Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the garment.
Sleeve
Measure from the shoulder area to the end of the sleeve.
Keep the measuring tape relaxed and do not pull it tightly against your body.
